With an impressive upward trajectory and expansion into new markets, they are seeking a Director of Training and Market Expansion to spearhead training initiatives and drive market growth.
In this high-impact role, youβll take on the training and development responsibilities previously managed by the sales director. Start by collaborating with leadership to design and implement a product-specific training program tailored to the companyβs proven sales methodologies. Youβll then travel to established markets (Seattle, Portland, and Denver) for about a week each month, training and coaching Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on sales strategies and techniques. By Q2, your role will expand to new target markets, where you will build and lead new sales teams. This position includes extensive travel, with up to three weeks at a time (home on weekends) in these new markets.
