This is a single-person internal department, supported by an established suite of outside vendor partners for SEO, web development, organic social media, and public relations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to produce creative assets. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fort Worth, Texas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build cohesive multi-channel strategies spanning digital, print, social, PR, and in-venue touchpoints across both Aspen and Fort Worth markets.
Lead marketing support for the Fort Worth launch of Acquolina and the new Japanese Steakhouse concept, from pre-opening through grand opening and beyond.
Set KPIs, track performance, and present results to the Managing Partner on a regular cadence.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and guest behavior to continuously refine strategy.
Vendor & Agency Management
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all external marketing partners: SEO, website development, organic social media content, and PR.
Hold vendors accountable to agreed deliverables, timelines, and budgets; evaluate performance regularly.
Source, vet, and onboard new vendors as the portfolio grows; negotiate contracts and coordinate invoices with finance.
Content & Creative Production
Produce and art-direct marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
Create print and digital assets: menus, promotional materials, signage, email campaigns, and event graphics across all concepts.
Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all AHG concepts; collaborate with social and PR vendors to ensure creative alignment.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Oversee website strategy alongside the web development vendor; ensure all concept sites are current, optimized, and conversion-focused.
Direct SEO strategy in partnership with the external SEO vendor; review monthly reporting and adjust priorities.
Manage email marketing programs across AHG's portfolio: list segmentation, campaign calendar, and performance analysis.
Support AHG Wine Club member communications, acquisition campaigns, and retention marketing.
Monitor online reputation across Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, and Resy; escalate issues appropriately.
Events, Promotions & Launch Support
Develop and promote seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers, and special events across all concepts in both markets.
Coordinate marketing support for AHG Events & Catering: lead generation, collateral, and campaign execution.
Build and execute pre-opening marketing plans for incoming Fort Worth concepts, including community outreach, press strategy, and grand opening campaigns.
Partner with operations teams at each concept to align front-of-house initiatives with marketing messaging.
