Summary
GEICO is looking for an experienced communications professional with a strong background in technology to lead our internal communications efforts for GEICO Tech. In this high-impact, high visibility role, the candidate will be responsible for driving technical understanding within GEICO Tech while developing a cohesive internal communications strategy. The Director of Communications will provide communications support for GEICO Tech executive leadership while also implementing the strategy that delivers communications throughout the GEICO Tech organization.
In addition, this role, which reports to the Head of Internal Communications, will also have responsibility for leading key GEICO Tech communications at the enterprise level for all associates, all people leaders, and other large internal audiences.
Prior leadership experience, a deep understanding of internal and executive communications, and experience working directly with senior leaders and engineering teams at large technology companies is vital to your success.

Annual Salary
$143,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidateβs work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
