Job Description: At Regions, the Direct Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic direct marketing programs and systems that will more effectively allow Regions to acquire, grow and retain customer relationships. Primary Responsibilities Manages direct marketing strategy and implementation across all business groups to drive sales, expand existing relationships, and increase retention Provides leadership and guidance for a team of direct marketing administrators, including some additional contract worker(s) Develops new and innovative direct contact channels for communicating and distributing products and services Serves as the direct marketing subject matter expert to internal business partners Provides insights to the results Manages the direct marketing budget and the allocation of investment to increase or maximize the return on the marketing investment Manages the direct marketing agency of record This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. This is a single incumbent position. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Ten (10) years of direct marketing experience Preferences Three (3) years of management experience Skills and Competencies Ability to supervise and manage a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Demonstrated leadership capabilities Developed relationship-building skills Knowledgeable of direct marketing principles, bank products/services and development of statistical models used in direct marketing programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $147,655.20 USD Median: $191,320.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
