Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and run all aspects of our marketing campaigns from planning through execution and optimization. This role will lead our digital presence across paid, owned, and earned channels, including full responsibility for the social media influencer program. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a proven ability to manage integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Own, plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand strategy
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content, display, and influencer marketing
Lead the social media influencer program, including influencer identification, outreach, contracting, content briefs, campaign execution, relationship management, and performance tracking
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and ROI across all marketing initiatives
Oversee organic and paid social media strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and performance optimization
Analyze campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Lead website optimization initiatives, including landing pages, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Collaborate closely with content, creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact campaigns
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices
Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns with demonstrated ownership from strategy to execution
Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns and managing budgets
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, including campaign setup, creator partnerships, and performance measurement (preferred experience with GRIN platform)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and marketing automation
Proficiency with analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing external vendors and service providers
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS
Experience in e-commerce, DTC, and B2B
Passion for the detailing industry
Influencer marketing or platform certifications
Experience scaling campaigns in a high-growth environment
