The Digital Campaign Copywriter for Commercial Marketing will play a pivotal role in creating and evolving digital campaigns that drive conversion while enhancing brand perception. This individual will craft compelling narratives and copy tailored for multi-channel performance across the B2B funnel, from sales enablement to thought leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with visual designers and marketers to develop cohesive, user-centered assets across channels, including email, social media, websites, and direct mail.
- Conceptualize and craft digital campaigns, balancing brand storytelling with data-driven performance goals.
- Write commercial marketing copy for multi-touch campaigns that effectively launch initiatives and enhance ongoing performance.
- Test and iterate campaign messaging and creative concepts to optimize outcomes in demand generation efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing content aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- 8+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in a startup, in-house, or agency environment.
- Strong background in B2B messaging and audience engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute digital B2B campaigns (e.g., paid ads, email, social).
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your craft in B2B content and campaign development.
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing and storytelling craft, with a portfolio demonstrating depth and versatility.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on data-driven optimization and measurable results.
- Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to influence, listen, and present ideas clearly.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to refine messaging and campaign strategies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $59.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
