Description
About the Role
We're looking for someone to grow Hydration Room's community presence across the Bay Area, connecting our physician-founded brand with the people and places that make this region feel like home. You'll build relationships with local gyms, studios, businesses, and retailers, show up at the events our community cares about, and create welcoming experiences of our own that introduce people to what we do.
This is a high-energy, field-first role. You won't be managing this from a desk. You'll be out 3-4 days a week working the room, making introductions, and building relationships face to face.
This role pairs real relationship-building with real results. You'll be measured on how many of the connections you make turn into first visits and bookings at our clinics. If you love your city, enjoy bringing people together, and take pride in doing it well, we'd love to meet you.
Welcome to your healthy place.
What We Offer
$65,000-$85,000 base salary, plus 25% quarterly bonus on incentive performance, six figures for top performers
Clear path to Senior/Regional Marketing roles as we scale
A fun, growing workplace where you can promote health and wellness in your community
Career development opportunities
Free IV/Injection perks program
Paid time off for full time employees
401k program for full time and part time employees
Flexible scheduling

What You'll Do
Build local partnerships
Develop and manage relationships with gyms, fitness studios, wellness practitioners, retailers, corporate offices, and lifestyle brands across the region
Proactively reach out to local businesses to secure wellness fairs, pop-ups, and co-marketing opportunities
Negotiate and maintain mutually beneficial partnership agreements
Own events and activations
Build and maintain a regional event activation calendar spanning partner events, sponsorships, and Hydration Room-hosted experiences
Create signature community programming, show up, staff the booth, work the room, and capture new guest interest on-site
Drive bookings and clinic visits
Design and execute post-event follow-up that turns attendees into booked appointments and clinic visits
Hit and beat targets for event-attributable bookings
Partner with clinic teams for a seamless handoff from event to first appointment
Manage contacts and pipeline in the CRM
Enter, tag, and maintain every event and partnership contact in the CRM
Track leads from event capture through booking
Keep partnership and event records clean and current

Comfort owning a CRM and letting the data tell you where to go next
Sharp project management skills, able to juggle a full calendar of activations
A results mindset, motivated by targets
Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
