JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop content, execute communication plans, and support public relations initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement communication strategies and plans in collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams.
* Create, edit, and distribute engaging content including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
* Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company news and initiatives.
* Manage the organization’s social media channels to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
* Support media relations efforts by preparing media kits, responding to inquiries, and facilitating interviews.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and communication tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
