JOB DESCRIPTION
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping to enhance our brand's visibility and maintain effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas and a passion for storytelling through various communication channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications
* Draft and edit content for emails, newsletters, press releases, and social media
* Support the development of communication strategies and campaigns
* Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
* Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication performance
* Help manage company social media accounts and engagement
SKILLS
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
