Job Description
The Communications Assistant will support the development, coordination, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging, ensuring accurate information flow, and enhancing client and vendor communication throughout the event planning process. Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing communication materials, including briefs, updates, and client correspondence.
Support communication efforts between internal departments to ensure aligned timelines, priorities, and project details.
Maintain and update communication logs, documentation, and scheduling records.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients to gather information and ensure accurate delivery of event details.
Prepare written materials, reports, and summaries for project leads and management.
Ensure brand-consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and event-related documentation.
