JOB DESCRIPTION
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing both internal and external communications, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging across multiple platforms. This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively coordinate communication strategies, craft compelling content, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
* Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
* Coordinate and support internal communications to ensure consistent messaging throughout the organization.
* Monitor and analyze communication campaigns to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
SKILLS
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a communications or public relations role.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
