We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Agent to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our organization's communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing internal and external communications to ensure a consistent and engaging message is delivered across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication plans and strategies to support organizational goals.
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for internal communications, press releases, social media, and newsletters.
Manage relationships with media contacts and coordinate press inquiries and interviews.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular communication reports and analytics.
Coordinate and support events, campaigns, and initiatives to promote the organization and its services.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications or public relations role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
