Cisco Meraki is redefining video technology with our Video Cloud Platform. We are excited to welcome a versatile and driven Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to our Product Management team to help define the future of cloud-based video intelligence.

In this role, you will act as a critical liaison for technical expertise and strategic direction. As a key part of the MV Product Management Team, you will contribute to the design, testing, and successful launch of our Video Cloud Platform solutions. You'll work directly with engineering teams, customers, sales engineers, and partners worldwide, ensuring smooth adoption and an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Product Journey: Collaborate with engineering and product management to guide product design, testing, and launch while influencing the roadmap.
• Empower Success: Develop and deliver compelling technical resources for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with Meraki’s global teams on product goals.
• Customer Advocate: Lead beta and pilot programs, engage directly with customers.
• Resolve Challenges: Address customer-reported issues with engineering.
• Market Engagement: Meet with customers and prospects, present the product vision.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager/Owner or Technical Engineer.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and analyzing data.
• Experience debugging and optimizing video platforms.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on product quality.
• Passion for solving technical challenges creatively.

Bonus Points

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in video streaming protocols and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with video codecs and cloud video technologies.
• Experience in embedded systems or application engineering.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of video sensor technologies.
• Background in AI/ML-driven video solutions.
