Presently, we are embarking on the search for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer who embodies innovation, marketing expertise, and exceptional leadership. You should have direct experience in the B2C environment and be a creative and strategic thinker who possesses a proven history of leading, building, and scaling marketing efforts for a dynamic organization.

If you’re our new Chief Marketing Officer, you will look forward to engaging in activities such as:

1. Spearheading the vision and strategy for a dynamic digital marketing ecosystem that drives the entire customer journey — from creating buzz and generating awareness to cultivating lasting engagement and loyalty.
2. Shaping and leading the company’s digital content strategy to produce exceptional, SEO-optimized content that amplifies brand messaging, attracts high-quality traffic, and elevates our global brand presence.
3. Guiding the creation of captivating, brand-aligned content across all digital channels, ensuring it’s consistently on-brand, engaging, and impactful at every touchpoint.
4. Architecting a user-first strategy to optimize our website and digital platforms, driving seamless user experiences, higher conversions, and increased search engine visibility.
5. Diving deep into audience insights to decode their needs, preferences, and behaviors, using this knowledge to create marketing strategies that resonate and drive results.
6. Setting bold, data-driven goals for the marketing team, closely tracking progress, and making agile, performance-focused adjustments to maximize impact.
7. Harnessing the power of data and analytics to fuel continuous marketing evolution, uncovering growth opportunities and driving constant optimization.
8. Leading, inspiring, and nurturing a high-performance marketing team, cultivating a culture of creativity, innovation, and relentless data-driven decision-making.
9. Optimizing affiliate marketing to drive growth and success.
10. Demonstrating a strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies trends, and knowing how to leverage AI to drive success.
11. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience across every touchpoint.
12. Managing and nurturing relationships with key external partners and vendors, amplifying our marketing efforts with the support of top-tier agencies and technology providers.
13. Cultivating a culture of experimentation and bold ideas, empowering the team to test new approaches, learn, and evolve marketing strategies with agility and excitement.

Your accomplishments thus far:

1. Ten or more years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of B2C marketing success. Experience with SAAS/technology field preferred.
2. Deep expertise in B2C digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
3. Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
4. Passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
5. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

This is a remote-based position. We are currently inviting residents of California, Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington to apply for this position.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
