James D. Klote & Associates, Inc. specializes in full-time, resident-directed fundraising consulting for local churches and other non-profit organizations. We are seeking full-time fundraising consultants to direct capital campaigns.

We are seeking experienced full-time fundraising consultants to direct capital campaign fund drives for local churches.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, friendly, and professional. This person must be detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks at one time, and have demonstrated experience in identifying, recruiting, motivating, and retaining volunteers. Additionally, this person must be willing to travel and be proficient in Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

Extensive on-site training is mandatory prior to directing campaigns.

Due to the full-time nature of this position, Directors are on-site at a client site for the length of the contract, which can be anywhere from 4-8 months depending on the size of the project; therefore, extensive travel is required . A Director can reside anywhere in the country but must work in the community of the assigned project for the length of the contract.
