  • Lead the development of marketing strategy for retail and wholesale channels to drive sales goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee budgets and calendars for retail and wholesale marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the trade marketing plan, from go-to-market activities like trade shows, digital showroom set up, and sales meetings to in-season opportunities.
  • Provide stakeholders with account insights and performance updates, offering recommendations for refining and optimizing marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and implement visual merchandising and point-of-sale strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts by attending trade shows, retailer meetings, and contributing to presentations and planning.
  • Lead the briefing and execution of creative assets tailored to account-specific marketing plans.
  • Manage execution of visual merchandising standards, including fixture development, shop in shops, window displays, store events, digital traffic, and gift-with-purchase promotions.
  • Conduct store visits and connect with field teams to ensure consistent brand presentation, improve in-store experiences, and capture best practices.
  • Organize and manage all marketing assets for Wholesale team, updating Nuorder (B2B e-commerce) pages to meet Wholesale needs.
  • Align with Marketing and Retail teams on the annual retail marketing strategy and drive its implementation.
  • Oversee our special recycling program, ensuring monthly follow-up with the stores, KPIs reporting, improvements, and signage updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of trade marketing experience, preferably in the footwear, accessories, or apparel industries.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about retail, with a customer-focused mindset and strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, implementation, go-to-market strategies, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in process and project management.
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, strategic thinker
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
