Responsible for managing and executing property marketing strategies to achieve Outrigger Hospitality Group business goals including increasing brand awareness, leveraging brand partnerships, increasing digital engagement, CTRs, and revenue. Primary duties are to manage annual marketing plans, collaborate with corporate teams on Commercial Marketing Calendar, executing content production and content creation initiatives for the 4 Waikiki properties. Support project management assignments, administrative responsibilities, and brand awareness communications.
Bachelors Degree in Business or Hospitality field preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, higher level education may be considered for relevant work experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. Preferred knowledge in PMS, CRS, BI.
$73,000-$80,300 with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicantβs skills, experience and/or education.
