Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

The Sagre Group’s client, who is revolutionizing healthcare by bringing personalized care directly to your doorstep, is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager , to lead the social media strategy and influencer collaborations, focusing on building an engaging presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other key channels.
This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic planning, requiring strong production skills and a passion for storytelling in the digital space. You’ll own the content calendar, oversee influencer partnerships, and play a critical role in shaping how our brand connects with audiences.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze data to optimize content strategies and meet KPIs.

Content Creation & Production:
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging social media content, including short-form videos, stories, and posts.
  • Work hands-on to capture dynamic, real-time content featuring our services, providers, and customer experiences.
  • Stay on top of trends, ensuring our content resonates with evolving audience preferences.
  • Leverage creative tools and AI to accelerate and enhance content production. Expertise with tools such as Canva, Sprout Social, Hootsuite is preferred.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators who align with the company’s brand.
  • Manage our influencer marketing agency to brief, vet, and approve influencer marketing strategy, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of influencer partnerships, optimizing for ROI and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content reflects the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Production Skills: Proven ability to film and edit social content, with hands-on experience using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms, including best practices and analytics tools.
  • Creative Vision: Strong storytelling skills with a knack for creating visually compelling and engaging content.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in using analytics to inform strategy and optimize content performance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer platforms and tools (e.g., GRIN, AspireIQ, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
