Events Project Manager
The Sage Group’s client is looking for an Events Project Manager to help drive engagement and experiences. They are passionate about their product and are hoping to add a hard-working, event-focused person to the team! Our client’s goal is to make meaningful connections that will change people’s careers and lives.
As an Event Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling logistics, presence, planning for 1st party events/conferences
- Managing onsite experience at events such as staffing, signage, swag orders, reserved seating, F&B coordination, room reservations, etc.
- Reporting, partnering with the current events team
- Managing the process for implementing content at events (managing CFP process, speaker comms, session selection, scheduling)
- Supporting the swag ordering process and experience
- Creating experiences that are reflective of feedback and drive long-term success
Required Skills:
- Experience in Events or similar customer-facing role a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Passionate about being a customer advocate
- Master multi-tasker
- Event planning or project management experience
- Willing to go the extra mile to serve our customers
- Great at meeting deadlines
- Always looking to be the best in class
- Baseline knowledge of the Salesforce platform a plus
