Compensation: $70,000-$80,000/year
What You’ll Do:
Brand Experience & Activation
* Plan, coordinate, and execute high-end brand activations, private events, and
curated experiences.
* Ensure every touchpoint reflects luxury, exclusivity, and concierge-level
service.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to personalize experiences for VIP
prospects.
Event Strategy, Execution & Reporting
* Create annual and quarterly activation calendars aligned to brand strategy.
* Manage event logistics, RSVPs, partnerships, vendors, branding, staffing,
post-event follow-ups, and content capture.
* Measure and present outcomes (connections made, leads nurtured, development
opportunities).
Digital Presence & Content
* Elevate brand presence across website, directory profiles, and social
channels.
* Develop high-end content (video, photography, reels) to use across digital
assets.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
* Own platform strategy, content planning, cadence, and community engagement.
* Showcase branded experiences, new arrivals, events, owner stories, and
aspirational visuals.
Reporting, Planning & Strategic Communication
* Provide monthly reporting on digital performance, events, exposure,
opportunities, and next steps.
* Maintain proactive planning calendars for content, events, product allocation
cycles, and launch opportunities.
* Present strategic recommendations to leadership.
Budget Management & Co-op Tracking
* Monitor and document eligible marketing activities for co-op reimbursement;
ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and completed within required
timelines.
* Forecast upcoming costs for events, partnerships, digital campaigns, and
content production to support proactive planning.
* Regularly evaluate spend effectiveness and adjust investments toward
initiatives that deliver the strongest brand value, visibility, and
relationship-building impact.
* All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
* 3–6 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated background in event
planning, brand activation, digital marketing.
* Hands-on experience managing brand social media, website content, and digital
assets.
* Knowledge base in Excel, other Microsoft products, database usage, and CRMs
