About Peak
Peak is reimagining what a reservation can be; not a placeholder, but a ticket to an experience.
Built in partnership with The Parker Palm Springs, a Leading Hotel of the World, we're a small remote team (~10 people) bringing hospitality-grade technology to one of the best dining scenes in the country. We're early, we're growing, and the work you do here will be visible and meaningful from day one.
About the Role
The restaurant reservation space is overdue for change and Peak is the product that does it. We have real restaurant partners, a differentiated product, and markets we're actively expanding into. What we need now is someone to go to market with the urgency and conviction this moment calls for.
This is a GTM-first marketing role. Your mandate is straightforward: build awareness, drive consideration, and convert new customers. You've done this before at a company in a similar moment and you know what it takes to move fast and make an impact before the window closes. You bring a playbook that's proven to work, a network that opens doors, or both.
You don't have to write every word or design every asset (extra super big bonus points if you can do this) but you know exactly what great looks like, and you know how to get it made. That means quickly identifying and assembling the right mix of hires, freelancers, and agency partners to execute at a high level, then holding the work to a high standard and driving it across the finish line. You own the output. You're accountable for the results.
What You'll Do
Set the GTM strategy, own the plan, timeline and own the outcomes
Assemble and direct the right team
Own brand and market presence
Drive demand and new customer acquisition
What You Bring
10+ years in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior level role
A track record of driving new customer acquisition and building market presence at a startup
Experience running marketing programs hands-on
Strong writing and communication skills; you can craft a message that lands with a skeptical restaurant owner and a discerning VP of Operations
A bias toward data; when you talk about work you're proud of, you cite numbers
You'll Stand Out If You Have
Experience building a marketing function from the ground up at an early-stage company
Existing relationships in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Experience with both sides of a marketplace operator acquisition and consumer demand
Direct experience at a hospitality tech, restaurant tech, or marketplace company
We encourage you to apply even if you don't check every box. If you have deep hospitality roots and are ready to bring that expertise to a marketing leadership role, we'd especially love to hear from you.
