A Typical Day

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Marketing Campaign Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects related to our role as the Official Mortgage Supporter of the 2026 and 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Proud Supporter of LA28 and Team USA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and successful execution of key initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Games. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of marketing and licensed properties, experience with sports/experiential campaign analytics and measurement as well as a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects within tight deadlines and successful outcomes against KPI’s.
The Sponsorship Marketing Campaign Project Manager will:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments
Work with Sponsorship Marketing VP to lead cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall Olympic Games objectives
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks
Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including USOPP. agencies, vendors, and community partners
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
Manage and monitor submissions to licensee approval portal
Logistics & Operations:
Support the logistical planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Coordinate with relevant departments to manage resources, equipment, and personnel
Support develop and implementation of contingency plans to address potential disruptions and ensure operational continuity
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and cost control
Track project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management
Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Financial Services and/or mortgage industry sponsorship experience preferred (or general experience working with major sponsorships particularly in sports)
Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and best practices
Ability to create a KPI measurement plan for sponsorships, analyze campaign data against these KPI’s, identify insights and create clear reporting
Experience with Asana highly preferred
Proficient in Excel and Google Suite, experience is welcomed
Team player with strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
Results oriented with a track record of achieving campaign goals
Proven track record delivering timely results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, using sound judgment
Must be a self-starter needing minimal direction
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management Strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven people management skills

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary

$55,000 - $85,000
