Your Role:
Treasure Data is building the next generation of AI-native customer data and engagement infrastructure. This role leads go-to-market strategy and technical storytelling for platform capabilities that power agent-driven marketing and intelligence.
You will focus on areas including agent development frameworks, super-agent orchestration, developer experience, AI signals, and machine learning infrastructure. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear narratives for architects, developers, and enterprise buyers, and you will build scalable enablement to drive adoption.
Candidates are expected to operate in an AI-native way, using automation and modern generative AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and enablement development.
Responsibilities:

Platform and Agent Framework GTM:
Own GTM strategy for agent development, Foundry platform capabilities, and intelligence infrastructure.
Define positioning and differentiation for extensible platform architecture and orchestration capabilities.
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities, packaging input, and launch strategies.
Technical Storytelling and Positioning:
Develop messaging that explains agent orchestration, AI signal generation, ML-driven decisioning, and platform extensibility.
Create technical content including solution narratives, reference architectures, technical FAQs, and deployment guidance.
Translate technical workflows into customer value, measurable outcomes, and clear proof points.
Developer Experience and Ecosystem Enablement:
Support onboarding and adoption for agent builders through documentation, guided workflows, and enablement assets.
Build materials for developer and technical buyer audiences, including SDK/CLI and extensibility narratives where applicable.
Help define developer adoption journeys and ecosystem growth motions.
Sales and Field Enablement:
Create technical enablement assets including demos, architecture walkthroughs, adoption playbooks, and competitive guides.
Deliver training for sales, solutions, and partner teams.
Develop technical objection handling grounded in real architecture tradeoffs and customer outcomes.
Market and Customer Intelligence
Conduct technical customer discovery and adoption research across agent and ML capabilities.
Capture customer proof points demonstrating AI automation, faster activation, and improved decisioning.
Monitor competitive and ecosystem trends across agent orchestration, AI infrastructure, and data platforms.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
6+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, developer marketing, or platform marketing within SaaS, data, or AI infrastructure.
Strong technical fluency across APIs, data architecture, and extensible platform ecosystems.
Track record translating complex technical concepts into clear messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
Proven success leading launches, enablement programs, and technical storytelling initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure.
Familiarity with developer tooling, SDK ecosystems, CLI workflows, or extensibility platforms.
Experience with customer data platforms, marketing technology, or engagement orchestration.
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the Mountain View, California or New York, New York office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
Travel Requirements:
i.e. Requires peaks of 25% travel to visit clients
