Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Lead Delish’s Social Media team to achieve audience growth and engagement goals
Develop and refine the brand’s overarching social strategy and KPIs across all platforms
Oversee and evolve Delish’s platform-specific content franchises to drive loyalty and retention
Optimize content based on performance insights, trends, and audience behavior
Collaborate cross-functionally to pitch and produce social-first features, videos, and branded initiatives
Manage internal talent and develop partnerships with influencers, creators, and advocates
Research and test emerging platforms to keep Delish at the forefront of social innovation
Provide leadership and mentorship to 2 direct reports
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
5+ years of experience in social media or editorial roles, preferably in a digital media or publishing environment
Deep understanding of all major social platforms and proven success with social video strategies
Strong analytics skills and ability to translate insights into action; experience with Dash Hudson, Parse.ly, Looker, or similar tools is a plus
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings
Creative thinker who is always looking for ways to improve processes, engagement, and storytelling
Passionate about building an engaged digital community through innovative and impactful content
Hybrid: This role requires working in our NYC office 4 days a week

The base salary for this role is between $74,000 - $85,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
