Position Summary
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy and digital marketing ecosystem to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and market expansion. This role is responsible for stewarding brand identity, overseeing website strategy and performance, directing digital advertising initiatives, and building scalable go-to-market programs that accelerate early customer penetration. Additionally, this leader will oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all channels. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and hands-on operator who can translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes. The role is a full-time on-site position at our Westlake, TX corporate headquarters. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
Core Responsibilities
* Implement and evolve the company’s overall new brand positioning, messaging framework, and visual identity as created by our agency partner, Monigle.
* Ensure consistent brand execution across all digital and customer-facing touchpoints
* Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives
* Oversee website strategy, design, UX, content development, SEO optimization, and ongoing performance enhancements
* Lead paid digital advertising strategy and execution across search, social, display, and retargeting channels
* Establish and track KPIs for traffic, engagement, conversion, lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI
* Optimize marketing funnel performance to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
* Develop and execute market expansion strategies to drive early customer penetration in targeted markets
* Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform growth strategy
Social Media Leadership
* Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives
* Direct content creation across social platforms, ensuring messaging consistency and audience engagement
* Own the social media content calendar, including campaign planning, cadence, and cross-channel alignment
* Oversee creative asset development and delivery for social campaigns (organic and paid)
* Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversion data
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Sales and Product teams to align go-to-market initiatives and support revenue goals
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (expanded scope at Sr. Director level)
* Manage agency relationships, external vendors, and marketing technology platforms
* Oversee marketing budget planning, allocation, and performance reporting
* Present marketing performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent work experience.
* 15+ years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, or related roles.
* Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns from planning to execution to analysis.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels—including paid social, display, search, email, landing pages, and web content.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
* Comfortable translating data into insights and telling a clear performance story.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
* Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience managing external media partners or agencies.
* Experience in subscription-based, telecom, technology, or similar industries.
* Familiarity with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and funnel optimization.
* Experience working with web design agencies.
* Experience working with paid media teams or agencies.
