In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Own and elevate growth initiatives within the current portfolio, involving
close partnership with Product Managers to drive key product adoption.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies, in collaboration with global
teams, to achieve growth targets.
* Lead and coordinate cadenced calls/action plans with Industry, World Area,
and Strategic Account teams.
* Build and execute pricing programs, content strategies, key account
qualifications, dashboards, and campaign initiatives.
* Serve as the global Coriolis marketing point-of-contact for driving key new
product adoption at strategic accounts.
* Identify and pursue alternative channel and distribution solutions.
* Build cross-functional relationships across Emerson to align on broader
portfolio objectives.
* Ensure global focus on Competitive intelligence.
* Collaborate with integrated marketing to ensure impactful marketing and
promotion.
* Coordinate with World Areas to define differentiation and customer value to
support global sales campaigns.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 3 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with sales and/or marketing in a B2B environment.
* Expected Travel approximately 20%.
* Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be
provided for this position.

 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* MBA or other advanced degree.
* Process and control instrumentation experience.
* Proficiency driving growth initiatives and implementing go-to-market
strategies.
* Track record of translating customer needs and growth initiatives into
effective marketing programs,
* Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, demonstrating
adaptability, sound judgment, and initiative when processes or direction are
not fully defined.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse, global
teams.
* Experience working in a heavily matrixed organization a plus.
* Data-driven perspective with proficiency in using analytics to measure and
substantiate marketing initiatives.
* Consistent record of successfully executed product launches, business
development programs, or sales planning.
* Experience in long-term planning and translating strategic initiatives into
actionable and tactical goals.
* Demonstrated success of proactively leading initiatives beyond assigned
responsibilities, influencing outcomes across teams and functions.

 

Our Culture & Commitment to You:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within
the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual
merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $81,000 - $125,000,
annually commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each
candidate brings to a role.
