This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing details, coordinating across teams, and keeping campaigns on track.
Working closely with the Marketing & PR Manager, you’ll help bring campaigns to life, supporting asset production, media outreach logistics, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
* Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and PR channels
* Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure on-time launches
* Coordinate internal stakeholders (developers, design, community) to keep projects moving
Media & PR Support
* Assist with media outreach efforts, including press list management and outreach tracking
* Coordinate interviews, review code distribution, and media requests
* Help maintain and update media databases and contact lists
Asset Management
* Coordinate creation, approvals, and delivery of marketing assets (trailers, screenshots, press kits)
* Ensure assets are properly organized, versioned, and distributed to partners and media
* Create or edit digital promotional assets.
* Support storefront and platform asset updates as needed
Analytics & Reporting
* Track campaign performance metrics and compile regular reports
* Assist in analyzing campaign results and identifying optimization opportunities
* Maintain dashboards and reporting tools
Cross-Functional & External Coordination
* Partner with the Community Manager to align campaign timing and messaging
* Support coordination with platform partners (e.g., submissions, featuring opportunities)
* Communicate with distributors and retail/platform partners regarding promotional plans and campaigns
* Coordinate execution details, timelines, and deliverables for partner-led promotions
* Track and ensure accuracy of promotional placements and timing across channels
* Assist with planning and execution of events, showcases, and launches
Required Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications (gaming or entertainment preferred)
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
* Experience supporting marketing campaigns or PR initiatives
* Familiarity with gaming media, content creators, or online communities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g.,Google Workspace, Trello, etc.)
* Basic experience with marketing analytics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in video game marketing or live game support
* Familiarity with PR tools (e.g., press databases, distribution platforms)
* Experience coordinating digital assets and marketing deliverables
* Exposure to console/PC platforms (PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam)
* Passion for video games and understanding of gaming audiences
* Experience of using project management tools.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Work is typically performed either in an office environment with a moderate noise level or at your home.
* While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to frequently sit and occasionally must stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities include the ability to read and analyze data in hard copy and on a computer screen, measure, or identify using eyesight and adjust vision focus.
* Abilities to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups.
