Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team by executing and coordinating cross-channel marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role plays a hands-on part in bringing marketing plans to life through consistent execution across social media, email, website updates, promotional materials, and event support.
The Marketing Specialist owns day-to-day tactical execution, working closely with internal teams and partners to manage timelines, maintain brand consistency, and ensure projects move forward accurately and on schedule. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute tactical execution of marketing initiatives, including print projects, email campaigns, and campaign assets, ensuring timelines, approvals, and deliverables stay on track.
* Own day-to-day management of company social media accounts, executing monthly content calendars, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance.
* Update promotions, images, and content across websites and social platforms to align with current campaigns and brand initiatives.
* Provide support for marketing materials including catalogs, mailers, brochures, ads, and other collateral for both print and digital use.
* Support video projects through scripting, coordination, and content distribution across digital channels.
* Coordinate and manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong user experience across brand sites.
* Support planning and execution of tradeshows, field days, and industry events, including logistics, materials, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
* Manage promotional items, apparel, and marketing literature inventory, coordinating with supplier partners and internal teams.
* Develop, schedule, and distribute email marketing campaigns, track engagement metrics and report on performance outcomes.
* Analyze digital performance, including website traffic, social metrics, and lead activity, and prepare regular marketing reports.
* Provide support for campaign setup and data management within Salesforce, helping ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Qualifications
* Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and relevant social media platforms.
* Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and general marketing strategies a plus.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
* Prior event/tradeshow coordination experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
* Frequent use of computer, phone, and office equipment; extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
* Must be able to see and move throughout facilities and event sites.
Pay Range:Β $23β$28 per hour (non-exempt). Actual hourly rate will be determined based on experience, education, and job-related skills.
