Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

1. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
2. Knowledge of and ability to operate both Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
3. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
4. Independently initiates, follows up on, and complete assignments as well as special projects.
5. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
8. Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
9. Sound interpersonal judgment and decision-making skills in coordinating administrative tasks, using discretion when necessary, understanding the potential impact on the department.
10. Demonstrated ability to make immediate decisions in order to determine Penn Play qualifications and admission.
11. Understanding of property and department policies and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone.
· Knowledge of credit operations, rules and regulations.
· Knowledge of inter-related department functions such as Cashiers Cage, Collections, and Revenue Audit.
· Proficient in Excel.
· Knowledge of Coupa or other procurement systems.
