The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can own our lead generation from top to bottom. This is not a strategy-only position. We need someone who actually builds campaigns, manages a remote team, runs the tools, and delivers results.
You'll work directly with the owner and be responsible for everything that brings new leads into the business.
What You'll Do
Paid Advertising
Build and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Local Services Ads, Display, and remarketing
Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) — lead gen, retargeting, brand awareness
Own budgets, bidding strategy, and ongoing optimization
Write ad copy, coordinate creatives, run A/B tests
Report weekly on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead pipeline
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Manage the GHL CRM — pipelines, contacts, tags, and automations
Build and optimize lead nurture sequences, follow-up workflows, and booking funnels
Make sure every lead is captured, assigned, and followed up correctly
Make.com
Build and manage automation workflows in Make.com
Connect tools across the stack — GHL, Google Ads, Meta, Asana, and more
Document all workflows so the team can maintain them
Team Management
Lead a remote team of 6 marketing professionals based overseas
Run daily check-in meetings — focused and action-driven
Assign and track all tasks in Asana
Hold the team accountable and provide regular feedback
Reporting
Build and execute the monthly marketing plan aligned with sales goals
Track lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion rates across all channels
Present a clear performance report to ownership weekly or bi-weekly
What We're Looking For
Required:
3+ years running Google Ads and Meta Ads hands-on (not just managing others who do)
Experience in home services, home improvement, or construction marketing
Strong GoHighLevel skills — CRM, automations, funnels
Strong Make.com skills — building multi-step workflows and integrations
Experience managing a remote team with daily structure and accountability
Asana or similar project management tool — you use it every day
Clear communicator, highly organized, self-directed
Comfortable with data — CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, spreadsheets
Nice to Have:
Experience with Google Local Services Ads specifically
Familiarity with Buildertrend or contractor software
Basic design skills for ad creatives (Canva or similar)
Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization
