The Marketing Manager will focus on sales funnels, social media, and other growth channels to drive business growth for the FR Health family of companies. This hands-on role manages marketing campaigns, optimizes lead generation strategies, and oversees digital channels to attract and convert qualified prospects.
The Marketing Manager works closely with leadership and the business development team to track performance, refine strategies, and contribute to the companyβs growth objectives and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
* Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that drive lead generation
* Create and optimize sales funnels to improve conversion rates and attract qualified prospects
Digital Marketing & Growth Channels
* Manage social media platforms, content, and digital advertising to increase engagement and brand awareness
* Oversee digital marketing initiatives
* Identify and test new growth channels and emerging marketing opportunities
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics
* Use data to refine strategies and maximize ROI
Collaboration & Brand Management
* Work with leadership and business development to align marketing initiatives with growth goals
* Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
* Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or contractors as needed
* Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
* 3β7 years of marketing experience with hands-on digital marketing and growth channel experience
* Experience with sales funnels, lead generation, social media, and paid media campaigns
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
