Founded in Portland, Oregon in 1990, Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. (HHPR) is a firm of engineers, planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and natural resources scientists who provide comprehensive, integrated services for transportation facilities; site development; utility infrastructure; water resources; stormwater facilities; parks; residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial site development.
With a growing staff of over 115, we serve clients across Oregon and southwestern Washington from our offices in Portland, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and Vancouver.

What We Are Seeking:
Our marketing team is looking for an individual who will work well within the team environment, lead proposal and qualification responses, and collaborate to build our marketing graphics library and templates. This creative problem solver will work on a variety of projects that are instrumental to the company’s success, brand, and our firm’s story. An effective candidate is self-motivated and detail-oriented with a skillful eye and design sense.
Responsibilities:
* Develop proposals and statements of qualifications. This includes coordinating all elements of pursuits: strategy development, project management with the pursuit team, writing, formatting, editing/review, proofreading, brand adherence, and efficient and timely production into a polished, client-ready package.
* Provide interview/presentation design and production assistance.
* Utilize InDesign skills to provide content for marketing collateral, such as award submission, project descriptions, brochures/project cutsheets, staff resumes, document templates.
* Serve as a key member of the larger HHPR marketing and leadership team, supporting firmwide marketing projects and efforts.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years’ of professional experience in the marketing department of A/E/C firm(s) preferred.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
* Self-starter, goal oriented, strategic thinker who works well as an integrated team member.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
