Responsibilities
Marketing Coordinator - Simpson Housing Corporate Office located in the Denver Tech Center (hybrid work schedule) – Denver, CO

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for:
Website & Digital Listings Management: Update content on company website, Internet Listing Services (ILS), and web directories, including photography, move-in specials, written copy, and SEO optimization.
Content Audits & Photography Management: Perform audits on websites, social media, and paid advertising platforms including editing and cataloging new photography and virtual tours; resize images for various uses, manage file organization, auditing / inputting / updating fee transparency-related content.
Content Creation & Communication: Send periodic resident email campaigns and create quarterly Marketing and Learning and Development newsletters.
Production & Design: Create repository for existing collateral files, manage brochure and collateral files within Canva and catalog interior design finishes.
Social Media Management: Monitor and manage incoming messages, comments, and mentions across all social platforms using Sprout Social and manage Meta Ads invoices.
Training & Administrative Support: Track new hires and promotions to assign training courses and support daily administrative tasks for the department.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience: Entry-level; 0-2years prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
o Familiarity with Canva, Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products preferred (or willingness to learn).
o Aptitude to learn Yardi Property Management System (PMS).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.44 per hour
This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
