Marketing Coordinator
Stanbridge University is seeking a data-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, drive enrollment growth, and strengthen engagement across multiple channels.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Marketing Operations Manager, this role combines campaign execution, performance analysis, vendor coordination, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in a metrics-driven environment, enjoys translating data into actionable insights, and is comfortable working across multiple marketing platforms.
This role offers exposure to multi-channel campaign management and opportunities to develop specialization in areas such as content marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), CRM automation, or marketing analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Optimization
Execute marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels in alignment with strategic objectives
Monitor campaign performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Recommend and implement optimizations based on performance data and trends
Ensure marketing calendar activities are executed on time and aligned with priorities
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and engagement trends
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Prepare and present performance reports and findings to the marketing team
Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with advertising vendors to support campaign execution and performance
Maintain vendor communication, timelines, and deliverables
Partner with internal departments to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives
Research & Strategy Support
Conduct market research, surveys, and student data analysis to inform strategy
Support development of data-informed marketing strategies and initiatives
Contribute to campaign planning and optimization discussions
Special Projects & Growth Areas
Support or lead projects in areas such as content marketing, CRO, CRM automation, or analytics
Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and performance
Assist in testing and implementing new tools, platforms, or strategies
QualificationsRequired
Bachelorβs degree from an accredited institution (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
Strong ability to interpret and report on marketing performance data
Experience supporting campaigns with measurable outcomes (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rate, engagement growth)
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
Experience working with marketing or analytics platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEMRush, WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
Experience with social media analytics or content marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environment
Compensation
$25.00β$26.00 per hour
Compensation is based on education, experience, and internal equity considerations
