The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 to $195,000. The base salary offer is determined by a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, and geographic location. Please note that this base salary range does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

We’re looking for a Growth & Brand Marketing Lead to help us scale a modern, AI-powered marketing engine. This is a high-impact role at the center of our go-to-market strategy—owning how we generate pipeline, tell our story, and show up in the market.

Requirements

Growth & Pipeline Ownership

* Ability to execute ICP-based campaigns across key industries (fintech, logistics, BPO, etc.)
* Experience translating product capabilities into compelling campaign narratives
* Familiarity working with paid media and performance-driven pipeline generation
* Strong testing mindset with a focus on continuous optimization

Content & Storytelling

* Proven ability to own and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar
* Strong writing skills across formats (blogs, landing pages, social, email, webinars)
* Experience developing thought leadership in a technical or B2B space
* Ability to ensure content is differentiated, accurate, and aligned to a platform narrative

Brand & Messaging

* Experience owning or contributing to brand presence across web, campaigns, and social
* Ability to maintain consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity
* Strong skill in simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging

Creative & Execution (AI-Enabled)

* Comfort using tools like Canva and AI design platforms to produce marketing assets
* Ability to guide creative direction for campaigns, landing pages, and social content
* Focus on speed, clarity, and conversion over pixel-perfect design

AI-Driven Marketing Workflows

* Experience or strong interest in using AI to scale marketing output
* Ability to improve workflows across research, content creation, and reporting
* Curiosity and experimentation mindset around new tools and automation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Experience partnering with Sales and/or Customer Experience teams
* Ability to translate field insights into improved campaigns and messaging
* Experience supporting pipeline acceleration and go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

* 5+ years in B2B marketing (cybersecurity or identity preferred)
* Strong writing and storytelling skills
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
* Experience with modern marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
* Comfort using AI and design tools to accelerate execution
* Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
