What You’ll Do
Advisor to Agents and Leaders
* Serve as a trusted marketing partner to agents and sales leaders, helping
them grow their business through smarter use of tools, platforms, and
strategy
* Break down complex marketing and technology concepts into clear, simple
actions agents can implement immediately
* Lead group sessions and one-on-one consultations to guide personal marketing
strategy
* Partner with top-producing agents to align marketing with business goals
* Maintain strong in-office presence to support engagement, recruiting, and
retention
Technology & Marketing Translator
* Help agents understand and adopt marketing technology, including social
media, AI tools, and digital platforms
* Turn new tools and capabilities into practical, easy-to-use workflows
* Drive awareness and usage of Coldwell Banker Realty’s marketing ecosystem
Team Leadership & Execution
* Support and develop office-based marketing specialists, ensuring
high-quality, consistent service
* Help prioritize team efforts based on agent needs and business impact
* Contribute to a high-performance, service-driven team culture
Strategic Market Support
* Execute localized marketing strategies that drive agent growth and market
share
* Track performance and communicate insights to leadership
* Support recruiting efforts with customized presentations and strategic
positioning
Events & Market Presence
* Plan and execute local events and initiatives that build agent engagement and
brand visibility
* Represent the Coldwell Banker brand with professionalism and confidence

* Familiarity with social media marketing and digital content
* Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Ability to travel within a designated group of assigned offices in the region
