Position Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will represent nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands at in-person events, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns. This is a field-based, customer-facing role designed for individuals who excel in communication, relationship-building, and public engagement.
You will gain hands-on experience in:
Face-to-face sales
Donor acquisition & fundraising
Lead generation
Experiential and event marketing
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at events and outreach campaigns
Conduct face-to-face marketing, sales outreach, and community engagement
Educate the public and raise awareness for meaningful causes
Support donor acquisition, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts
Collaborate with team members to execute marketing and outreach strategies
Track campaign performance using CRM tools and reporting systems
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
