Position Overview
Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representatives engage directly with the public at live events, door-to-door campaigns, and community outreach programs. The role emphasizes customer interaction, clear communication, and professionalism, while promoting nonprofit missions and encouraging community participation.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with the public to share information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
Promote participation through one-time or recurring contributions
Provide professional, customer-focused service to community members and donors
Assist with marketing events, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics as needed
Respond to questions and provide accurate information in a professional manner
Represent nonprofit partners with a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but not required:
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or community outreach.
