We are hiring Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistants to support live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
No marketing experience is required—we provide paid training and hands-on coaching.
Responsibilities
Assist with local events, promotional campaigns, and retail activations
Engage with customers and community members
Represent brands and nonprofit partners at events
Support event setup, registration, presentations, and promotions
Provide excellent customer service and answer questions
Assist with community outreach and brand awareness initiatives
Work with team members to successfully execute marketing events
Participate in training and develop communication and leadership skills
What We're Looking For
Outgoing, motivated, and dependable
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full-time availability, including occasional weekends for events
No degree or previous marketing experience required.
