accomplished Director of Marketing & Sales to lead occupancy growth through
strategic outreach, relationship‑based selling, and decisive closing.
This hospitality-driven sales professional owns the full sales cycle from
prospecting through move-in. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role that is
ideal for a proven closer who thrives in senior living and relationship-based
sales.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive and maintain maximum occupancy and revenue
* Manage all sales activities: inquiry calls, prospecting, tours, follow‑ups,
and closings
* Prioritize in‑person tours and creative follow‑up strategies
* Respond to all leads quickly. Speed to lead is critical!
* Build referral partnerships through events, networking, and outreach
* Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting
* Develop 30‑60‑90 day sales and marketing plans with the leadership team
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of successful sales experience (senior living strongly preferred)
* Proven ability to close high‑stake, compassionate sales
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field (preferred)
* Management experience a plus
