Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 annually (Salaried | Based on Experience &
Licensure)

You will:

WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEAD THE ADMISSIONS EXPERIENCE
* Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in
* Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
* Track, analyze, and report census data Build & Strengthen Referral Networks
* Develop relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and
community partners
* Identify and pursue new referral opportunities
* Represent the facility at community and networking events Drive Marketing &
Brand Awareness
* Create and execute local marketing strategies
* Coordinate community outreach events
* Manage online presence and reputation
* Collaborate with corporate leadership on branding and messaging
PARTNER WITH INTERNAL TEAMS
* Align census goals with operational leadership
* Provide referral updates and forecasting
* Ensure staff readiness for incoming residents

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3–5 years of customer service experience in healthcare
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology
Preferred:
* Degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Social Work, Marketing, or related
field
* Active LPN license in the state of practice
* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care admissions
