Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for the execution and governance of the promotional review committee (PRC) process and system. This role will ensure the success of the PRC process, optimizing technologies and industry best practices to help NS Pharma meet strategic goals. The role will work cross-functionally with agencies, marketing, medical, legal, and regulatory affairs. Additionally, this role will serve as a key member of product launch teams to ensure promotional material timelines are aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop PRC strategy that optimizes review efficiency across the complex needs of internal and external stakeholders and support teams.
* Develop standard procedures and performance expectations for uploading, reviewing and approving materials using the Veeva PromoMats system. Ensure adherence across cross-functional team.
* Evaluate strategies to curate claims and build asset libraries to ensure consistent messaging in promotion.
* Provide daily support and direction to PRC coordinators, project owners and creative agencies to ensure adherence to all PRC processes and FDA submission requirements.
* Coordinate with business development partners to support regulatory submissions and engagement with PRC processes.
* Lead PRC and PromoMats training including onboarding, ongoing training and certification.
* Work with cross-functional team to ensure a seamless transition of materials from review and approval into production and through document expiration, alerting project owners of impending expirations for consideration of resubmission or discontinuation.
* Work with Business Operations to distribute promotional materials to field team members and ensure compliant use of approved materials and removal of expired materials.
* Partner with third parties, Commercial Analytics and Veeva to continuously validate and improve PromoMats experience.
* Lead a marketing operations team member who is responsible for PromoMats support, administration and configuration updates.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
* Responsible for development and management of a marketing operations lead
* Serve as member of the Commercial Operations leadership team
Qualifications:
* Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Must have 10+ years of pharmaceutical-related experience, including 5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
* Must have strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a group involving stakeholders with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
* Critical thinking and the ability to be accurate and efficient.

The annualized target salary range for this role is $195,000 to $210,000; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this range depending on several factors, including experience, education, training, location, and merit.
