Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist, Web & Experience is responsible for elevating Trumark Homes’ digital presence by optimizing website experience, supporting campaign execution, and enabling division teams with best practices and tools. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all digital touchpoints—from community pages to campaign assets—are accurate, engaging, and conversion-focused.

This position serves as both a digital experience lead and internal partner, providing guidance to division marketing teams while also stepping in to support execution when needed. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and passionate about improving the online homebuyer journey through thoughtful UX, strong organization, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Website, UX & Digital Experience Execution

* Establish and promote best practices for website content, structure, and user experience across all division and community pages.
* Provide guidance and support to division marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality in digital execution.
* Manage and optimize website content, including community pages, promotional assets, and campaign updates.
* Build and maintain landing pages for events and campaigns (Grand Openings, Previews, etc.), ensuring proper CRM integration and lead routing.
* Execute digital campaign elements across owned channels, including:
* Website banners (homepage and division pages)
* Sticky bars and pop-ups (OptiMonk)
* Event listings and promotional placements
* Monitor user behavior using tools like Hotjar and implement improvements to enhance engagement and conversion.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure website accuracy, functionality, and compliance with brand and legal standards.
* Support day-to-day website updates as needed, particularly for divisions with limited resources.
* Manage intake of website defect and bug reports, including validating issues, documenting them with clarity, gathering additional detail, and tracking resolution progress.
* Determine root cause of website issues and collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
* Collaborate on test cases for website enhancements and ensure proper quality assurance testing of break fixes and new features before public release.

Training & Enablement

* Develop and maintain best practice guides, quick-reference materials, and training videos to support division teams.
* Lead training sessions for division sales and marketing teams to improve adoption of digital tools, platforms, and processes.
* Manage and organize resources within the SharePoint-based MarTech Academy for ongoing learning and accessibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Partner with Division Marketing and Sales teams to support community launches, events, and ongoing updates.
* Co-lead bi-weekly division meetings to align on priorities, community status, and digital needs.
* Collaborate with MarTech and Brand teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment across channels.

Digital Asset Management

* Upload and manage assets (images, videos, floorplans) within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
* Ensure assets are current, properly organized, and aligned with website and campaign needs.




Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or UX-focused roles.
* Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or B2C marketing is preferred.
* Experience with: Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), familiarity with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript; familiar with troubleshooting front-end issues and XML feed errors, landing page tools (e.g., Unbounce, HubSpot), on-site engagement tools (e.g., OptiMonk), Google Analytics and behavioral tools (e.g., Hotjar), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Canva or similar creative tools, understanding of UX best practices, SEO fundamentals, and conversion optimization, project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira, etc.) and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
* Ability to balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution.
* Passion for improving digital experiences and driving results.
* Strong copywriting and proofreading skills; ability to review and refine marketing copy for web, email, and digital channels.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to use both analytics and intuition to inform decisions and recommendations.
* Self-motivated and fast learner who stays current on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
