Overview:
To help develop our brand by introducing our company as the best solutions for any commercial painting needs.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop relationships with commercial property managers, facilities directors, HOAs, and business owners
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and provide detailed, professional estimates
Present our services and value proposition to decision-makers, emphasizing quality, reliability, and ROI
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
Attend local business events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our commercial presence
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and project handoff
Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, facilities services, or commercial services preferred)
Proven track record of building client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value and ROI
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Professional demeanor and appearance for client-facing interactions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
