RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule Details
Marketing Concierge work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and
holidays, based on guest travel patterns and business needs. Shifts will be
scheduled within the operating hours of 6:30 AM–9:30 PM.
What you'll be doing
* Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of
mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site guests and visitors.
* Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences
and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
* Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer
service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
* Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing
programs.
What are we looking for
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for
creating positive experiences for guests and colleagues.
* Ability to establish rapport and communicate professionally, effectively, and
courteously in person, over the phone, and through email with guests, team
members, and business partners.
* Bilingual Fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to speak, read,
and write clearly and professionally in both languges.
* Able to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and successfully manage
multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and
weekends.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following
capabilities and distinctions:
* Detailed understanding of the island of Hawaii with ability to explain
activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
* Previous experience working in a commission-based sales or marketing
environment.
* Preferred candidates to be located in Hawaii and have knowledge of Island
activities.
